Riddles

What goes over the field by day
and sets on the table at night?
[Milk]

As I was walking down the lane
I met a man who did the same.
He tipped his hat and drew his cane,
and in this riddle I've told his name.
[Andrew]

What's big at the bottom,
little at the top,
And got a thing in the middle
that goes flippity flop?
[Butter churn]

As I walked over London Bridge,
I met my sister Sally.
Her head I plucked, her blood I sucked,
her body I left standing.
[Strawberry]

Twelve pears a-hanging high,
twelve knights come a-riding by.
Each took a pear
and left eleven hanging there.
[Knight's name was Each]

Round as a biscuit, busy as a bee,
prettiest little thing ye ever did see.
[Watch]
